James Rauwolf, president & leading painting foreman, painting career commenced in 1990.  This was the first step in building his business, Schiek Finishes & Design, Inc. He brings over 30+ years of painting experience and expertise to the painting industry. 

Lynette Schiek-Rauwolf leads the business side of the company, while utilizing her past sales & business experience by providing a consultations, customer engagements and scheduling.

TOGETHER, JAMES AND LYNETTE ARE A DYNAMIC DUO. 
 
From helping set up estimates to the final brush stroke, all the details are upheld by both parties.  This sort of teamwork is one of a kind and has helped to make Schiek Finishes & Design, Inc. a leader in its class.
