Our company started in 2005; however James Rauwolf's painting career commenced in 1990 as lead painting foreman. That's over 20 years of painting experience.  During this time, James demonstrated impressive leadership qualities and painting expertise.  These skills, along with his gift for custom painting, are only a fraction of what he brings to Schiek Finishes & Design, Inc. 

Lynette Schiek-Rauwolf brings 11 years of business experience to Schiek Finishes & Design, Inc.  Her background has been primarily in customer service, accounts receiveable and sales in which she learned the importance of honesty, intergrity and efficiency.  Since helping start Schiek Finishes & Design, Inc. she has also been able to utilize her talents of color consultation and decorating.  This is her passion. 

Together, James and Lynette make a great team.  From helping set up estimates to the final brush stroke, all the details are upheld from both parties.  This sort of team work is one of a kind and has helped to make Schiek Finishes & Design, Inc. a leader in its class.
